I test drove the car three times, and was given the opportunity to keep it overnight. I worked primarily with Matt Gerstner. He was friendly and helpful. He was very respectful of my wife, which was a big plus in my book. Lisa was fantastic in her explanation of some of the 'add-ons' I could buy (two of which I did). Her approach was to simply present the product with a simple explanation. No pressure. And whatever I decided, that was the end of the matter. I liked that - a lot! No one tried to pressure me in the least. Everyone was there to serve me as a customer, and everyone did their best to help me with my needs. This is probably the best car buying experience I have ever had. More
