He is never pushy and makes us feel like family. We always leave feeling like we have gotten a great deal and been treated fairly. We bring our cars to the service department at Hatchett Hyundai East also and we always stop by to say hi to Matt and Lisa who helped to all of our paperwork. Not sure I brought our Hyundai Sonata in Friday Jan. 27, 2017 at 8:15 a.m. to do a recall on underbody prevention. They told me it would be 1 1/2 hours to do and that is what it was. But, the car had not been cleaned and still had the yellow writing on the back window on the drivers side. Now I am not sure if the work got done since the car wasn't cleaned. More
