RJ is a life saver I have 3 kids and two of them are little ones so I have no patience for trying to be sold something I couldn't afford or even really want I had that e I have 3 kids and two of them are little ones so I have no patience for trying to be sold something I couldn't afford or even really want I had that experience a time or two , I had the tradional car with good size room but two large size car seats made the back seat very cramped I decided to get a SUV but wasn't sure how to do so I still owed a lot on my current car, I went to LOOK and had no intent to buy that day but RJ sat me down and throughly explained what they had in my price range and what they could do to help me out in my current situation-he didn't "SELL" me anything, he got me the SUV I've been dreaming about and they all worked hard to do so I am very greatful for that and so are my kids they're not all crammed into the back anymore!! I will be sending everyone I know to them plus this was the best customer service I've ever experienced and I work in the hair industry I know a thing or two about customer service -So to be treated the way I treat MY clients was an added bonus thanks RJ and Hatchet Hyundai East for all your help !!
