Amazing! After weeks of looking and dealing with other dealerships in the area, I was beyond frustrated. I mentioned that to my insurance agent, who referred m After weeks of looking and dealing with other dealerships in the area, I was beyond frustrated. I mentioned that to my insurance agent, who referred me to Matt Gerstner. I emailed Matt on Wednesday, not realizing it was his day off, telling him who I was, who referred me, what I was looking for, and what I could afford. Matt took the time out from his day off to answer my email, asked for more details and within an hour, sent me information on a car their West store had just received. He answered ALL of my questions (and there were tons) without trying to push something I didn't want and couldn't afford. Finally after emailing most of the day, I finally spoke to Matt on the phone. Again...on HIS DAY OFF! By Thursday afternoon, he dropped the car off at my job, with a full tank of gas, and handed me the keys to test drive for a few days. I knew then, I had been referred to the right guy. After driving the car, I knew it was the right car, for the right price. Friday, after work, I met with Lisa, who walked me thru the process of financing. Amazing young lady, who took the time to explain everything to me, without making me feel ridiculous. Matt also came in to talk with me. I'm still not sure who had the biggest smile when I drove off in my new car. Him or me! Matt...THANK YOU!
