New car Purchase I went into purchase a battery for my 2019 Elentra and after talking with Matt and Lisa purchased a new 2017 Elentra. WOW! I then called Progressive a I went into purchase a battery for my 2019 Elentra and after talking with Matt and Lisa purchased a new 2017 Elentra. WOW! I then called Progressive and found out my insurance for the new car dropped from $110 a month to $67 a month, I SAVED $43 a month. This means my net monthly expense of the car and insurance is lower with the 2017. And I didn't even have to buy a battery. Thank you Matt and Lisa!! More

I bought a new Sonata and a new Elantra and felt like everyone at the dealership was fair and very professional, the whole process was relatively pain I bought a new Sonata and a new Elantra and felt like everyone at the dealership was fair and very professional, the whole process was relatively painless and I believe the whole staff functions very well. No unpleasant surprises and none of the behavior that turns many people completely off with car dealerships. As I stated in the Elantra review the Hyundai Finance documents are a bit intimidating and redundant, only negative comment I can offer. More

I really enjoyed myself at Hatchett H Car buying can be a hassle. It takes so much effort and you just want it to be over. That is how I used to feel. I really enjoyed myself at Hatchett Hyundai. Eric Tucker listened to what we had to say and offered help and suggestions. Eric wanted to help us first and make a sale second or third. It might seem corny to say, but I felt like I was buying a car from a relative or friend. At any point, I think we could have said: "We want to think about it" and Eric would have been fine with us taking a break. He really was a car adviser, not just a salesmen. Then we met with Lisa Rouse. Lisa gentle led us through the confusing world of warranties and added protection. Lisa helped us decode all the information and make informed choices. Lisa was more an adviser than a sales closer. She did not pressure us to add anything to the sale and even helped us understand the financing we were using from USAA. From start to finish, the experience was great. It is what car buying should be. More
