I was offered the best deal during our first conversation and I didn't feel pressured; I didn't have to n Such a positive and stress free environment! Canyon exceeded my expectations and advocated for me when I had concerns. Not to mention he was very personable while we were waiting on paperwork to be done. He was very reassuring and really made this such an easy deal. Finance worked hard to get us what we needed. The manager went above and beyond in making sure we were happy! The used car that we bought (at an AMAZING price) was in really great shape but had a few cosmetic issues. The manager was happy to put us in a loaner car and make arrangements to fix the issues that were brought to his attention. RJ wasn't involved in our deal.. he was just a fun guy to have around! We will absolutely be back when we're ready for a new vehicle! So happy with today's experience! More

Friendly staff and great/efficient service!! So, this was my very first time buying a car all on my own and let me just say, RJ and Jeremy made the experience painless and humorous!! It was a FUN experience more than a stressful one. They were to the point and told me exactly what I needed to know and also answered every question that I had. I did not feel cheated and could tell they are very loyal to their customers! It was a super laid back environment and I did not feel pressured the whole time I was there, like I said before it was fun!! RJ and Jeremy also made sure that I know that I can come in ANY time if I have any problems or questions with my car and they will be more than happy to help or get the help that I need. They also worked hard to make sure I was getting the best deal on my purchase and everything was exactly the way it should be. Example: I was about to get in my new car and drive off the lot when RJ saw a place on the car that was not all the way clean so he called the shop to come take my car back to clean it up better. That told me that they truly do care about their customers and what drives on and off the lot. Overall this was the best first time buyer experience I could have had!! :) More

Coy out East is awesome, Corp offices are horrible Just want to say.....that with the many many issues I have had with my car, bought at the west side lot BRAND new...Coy, at the east shop has helped m Just want to say.....that with the many many issues I have had with my car, bought at the west side lot BRAND new...Coy, at the east shop has helped me more than anyone....and that's even considering the Corp. Office does not seem to care that they sold me an unreliable car to which I have had to argue with regarding getting fixed. The west side, Michael, basically told me it's unfortunate. REALLY...on top of the many recalls to my 2013 sonota, the motor falling out while driving with my kids YES REALLY, the motor quiting while driving-strading me on the turnpike a few months later YES REALLY, down to simple stuff like my radio/screen going out...hmmm. None of this should happen on a 4 year old car!! Yes Corp continues to play the run around game with me. No apologies!!! I'm not looking for a deal or freebees, I just expect to buy a reliable car that lasts longer then 4 years. Oh and to top it off, there is another recall on my new motor...I live 30min away...this is all so inconvenient!!! Yes again no remorse from Corp. Coy has offered me more than anything, when none of it is ever his dealings. I appreciate more than anything, his professionalism, his care and his continual communication. Thank you Coy!! My experiance with the east shop has been good. West shop..not good and corp...horrible! !! So sad to see such a large company, care so little. It's kind of comical that the paperwork states they want customers to be 100%satisfied. ..FALSE!!!! More
