Again, the meeting with Lisa was shorter than I expected and favorable agreement on the final details. Overall a very pleasant experience with dealing with Hatchet East Hyundai personnel. More

No follow up! Initially, I was happy with the purchase. Everything seemed fine but then I experienced a couple of problems shortly thereafter and I called my sales Initially, I was happy with the purchase. Everything seemed fine but then I experienced a couple of problems shortly thereafter and I called my sales representative Canyon and was ignored. No callback or response to my text messages. I finally reached him and was assured I would receive a callback but that never happened. I then left two messages for Jeremy and didn't receive a callback. It was very unprofessional. One of the problems was that the heating element in the driver's seat went out. It was covered under warranty and they ended up replacing the elements and seat cover. It works but the color wasn't a match and the cover is loose and not as comfortable. Shoddy work and definitely didn't meet expectations. I won't be recommending Hatchett Hyundai to anyone or buy there again in the future. More
