The presentation of the dealership is clean, spacious, and welcoming. The salesperson, Ty VanHoosen, whom I dealt with, came off as a laid back and understanding person. His sales manager was quick to response to any situation that arise during my purchase. My purchase was the 2012 Hyundai Sonata and the whole process was a good experience. I knew what I wanted before I stepped into the dealership and Ty did not persuade me to look at any other car other than the one which I was interested in - a good example of giving what the customer wants. This dealership and the salesman himself stay true to what they pride themselves on - best customer service! Thank you for living up to that and thank you for all of your patience in dealing with a difficult/picky customer like myself! More

I found a car online I was interested in test driving at Scholfield Hyundai East. I test drove it, and loved it. The staff were all very friendly and patient with me. I knew I wanted to purchase a Hyundai before I went to the dealership. I hate buying a car so wasn't to excited to be going. Disappointed in not qualifying for the Military Discount due to 29 days short of 4yrs of service. Also, had been told that I'd just need my dad added to the title if we would have qualified, but then got told he'd have to co-sign the loan with me. Also, I was very surprised to learn there is no spare tire!! I didn't learn about extended warranties until I was almost ready to walk out the door and since I'd been there 3 hours already, I opted to pass for now. Not sure why it has to been such a stressful complex process, but it always is no matter where we purchase a vehicle. More
I rank car-buying right up there with a trip to the dentist (it's normally worse). And, I am absolutely certain that I am not an easy customer for the sales force to deal with. I walk out the first time I feel that I am being "shuffled" off to a "closing" person. Actually, I did say "thank-you" and walked out during my first encounter. Nathan and Connor were both very patient and I never felt "pressured" . There is a saying that goes something like: "you won't remember what they said, you won't remember what they wore, but.... you will remember how you felt".
