We know there is toyota dealer in a Tucson and I was ready to buy my 5th Toyota my last two cars were Avalons. I’ve been studying the reviews and decided it was time to buy. I went to the Tucson Toyota dealer only to be told they don’t make a ‘limited’ any more.. I knew this is wrong since I had been ‘building my new car on Toyota’s website. That’s when it hit me that the drive to Showlow @ 3 hours was worth it. My friends gave me Maria Beltran,s name and number. She is great! She let me know they would look for my Avalon in my preferred color of Opulent Amber with cognac interior. Maria called me back right away. They would have my new car in 24 hours. Perfect! We went to pick up the car which has more bells and whistles than my old 2011 Avalon. This is the best part for me: Maria spent time showing me all the techie stuff and I didn’t feel overwhelmed at all. Additionally Maria helped program my phone to sync with the car. She even offered additional time to get me up to speed. Without question I would not only recommend Hatch Toyota but also I highly recommend Maria Beltran. More

She is extremely knowledgeable about the mechanical aspects of the Camry as well as the technical aspects. Maria personally delivered our Camry to Oro Valley, AZ. Following completion and signing of documents, Maria sat in the car with us & thoroughly explained all safety features as well as all operational features. She even paired my phone to the bluetooth. Great service experience with John Felt Had our 4runners sunroof motor replaced and airbag recalls done before our warranty expired.
