Hands down the BEST car buying experience I’ve ever had. Due to the current nationwide inventory shortage I had almost given up on my new car search. I had tried with several Toyota dealerships in the valley, but they were price gouging new inventory, charging 5-10k over MSRP and they were unwilling to negotiate at all. I was lucky enough to get Sam Frederico on the phone when I saw they had the army green 4Runner that I had been searching for for months. He worked so hard to get me the best price possible and saved me thousands of dollars vs. the other Toyota dealerships I had worked with. He was so attentive and went out of his way to make the experience as seamless as possible. We were able to negotiate the deal, secure a deposit, and approved for financing all over the phone and online. When we arrived at the dealership we spent less then 45 minutes there, a few minutes on paperwork and the rest of the time learning about all the cool features of my new ride. Sam made us feel like family and was so knowledgeable about our car, he really was a trusted advisor. I was truly blown away by this dealerships top notch customer service and I will return here for my next purchase. I will also be sure to tell everyone about how I was treated here and how even though it’s a sellers market, they still made a fair deal and did what was best for the customer, even when they didn’t have to. That says a lot about the integrity of this company and it won’t be forgotten. More

Hector Obregon ~ remember that name! My husband wanted a specific truck within a specific price range. When he walked in, Hector remembered him from last year’s purchase! As this transaction was occurring, {{ This Tundra has not been delivered yet }} I had my eye on the 2021 Toyota Yellow Turbo Supra on the showroom floor! You guessed it.... we went back the NEXT day and Hector helped us with the Supra purchase!!! THEN, my Marine thought I needed an inexpensive (hooptie) cute, clean car to run errands, etc!
