How often does a customer get to deal directly with the top guy? We came in with our Highlander Hybrid Limited wish list, and something special happened. Bob listened; then he got to work. He kept us apprised of the status of our order, including frequent email updates as to when our vehicle was scheduled to roll off the assembly line AND where it was during the shipping/delivery process. That’s service! We’re looking forward to working with Bob to upgrade to a 2022 Platinum Hybrid just as soon as Toyota releases information on the new models and our 2-year service support ends in April. Oh yeah, the guy is a snazzy dresser too. A class act. More
