He bent over backward to get our first Toyota Highlander – ordered during COVID. And he helped us upgrade to a Platinum model this past year. A superb asset to his team is Ian Maxwell, now taking the service department to a new level. He got our most-recent flat “fixed.” Sadly, the tire was beyond repair. He had a replacement back in place in little more than an hour. This on a busy Saturday morning. Need service? Ask for Ian. It’s somewhat remarkable to have such a top-notch dealership about which to rave, especially in a town of some 10,000 residents. Were were told we could have a vehicle at one price and when we returned to the dealership to sign we were the informed that the price would be 9k higher than what we were quoted. The owner and the salesman went out of their way to fully understand what we needed, and we’re very creative in fitting a very tight budget for the perfect truck! I cannot recommend this dealership enough! We live 2 1/2 hours away from them, but we will deal with them anytime we need a new or used truck or car. More
