Really tried to like this place being from Hastings. Completely disliked a vehicle I purchased on a Saturday and express concerned on the following Monday. I went to Fury to trade it in. Now returning the extended warranty is an issue. With no returned calls no confirmation of cancelation. And told 6 to 8 weeks before I can expect a return of funds. I dont feel customer service is Hastings Chrysler top priority and we'll never be back again. Nothings takes 6 to 8 weeks this is 2020! More

made appointment got to dealership just sold went to this dealership to buy a denali made a appointment for 1130 am drove 1 hr to hasting mn salesperson told us they were doing paperwork on denal went to this dealership to buy a denali made a appointment for 1130 am drove 1 hr to hasting mn salesperson told us they were doing paperwork on denali as it was sold while we were driving up. the salesperson tried to sell us a suburban but what he did not know we were not looking for a chev but we were looking for a gmc. now the salesperson is trying to say he was sorry but that is not working with me. he said i was having a bad day but i was on a golf course and he was bothering me. now we have bought a denali with the cash in hand that we were going to spend at this so called trustworthy dealership. so you broke your promise about an appointment . now trying to sell something we did not want that is a salespersons job. so no going to this dealership again hope this helps someone else make the same mistake.
