Terrible service! Made recall appointment online. Had to change date only to be informed they do not perform recall work on Saturdays. Why Hassett allow me to make the appointment ? Spoke with a woman fro change date only to be informed they do not perform recall work on Saturdays. Why Hassett allow me to make the appointment ? Spoke with a woman from service dept. who then made my appointment for March 22 for the recall. I made arrangements to borrow a car while mine being fixed. Received a call late in morning of.March 22. The guy said no parts available, Why make my appointment when there are no parts ? Now I am told earliest time for the recall repair is July 2021.. A dysfunctional business! Stay away from the service department More

Between three of my friends, we all leased three Ford Explorers XLT’s, and one of my other friends leased a Lincoln. All four of us, used Alex Klein as our salesperson.. I purchased my truck at Hassett Ford and the service at the Hassett Truck Center has been great. The folks in the service department are friendly and helpful. The problem is, however, there is a 30 day w the Hassett Truck Center has been great. The folks in the service department are friendly and helpful. The problem is, however, there is a 30 day wait to get a courtesy car when you leave your vehicle for service. I have never had such a problem with any other dealership. My truck had to go in for emergency warranty service, and was told there would be no loaner available for 30 days. I had two options: Leave the truck and find alternate transportation for the 2 days the truck was being serviced, or come back in 30 days and get a loaner. This is unacceptable. More

I have had three caps put on my truck since I bought it in July of 2020. All three have leaked and filled the bed with water.
