I have been a customer of Hassett for a number of years and have always been satisfied. I never felt like they took advantage of me because i was a repeat customer nor was i taken for granted. I personall and have always been satisfied. I never felt like they took advantage of me because i was a repeat customer nor was i taken for granted. I personally had a financial situation but the dealership worked with me on this which made the experience a lot more pleasent. More
If you are looking a new or used Ford, Lincoln, Mercury, look further than Hassett. On Sunday, October 17th, I went with my mom to look at a Mustang V6 coupe that she was considering for her next car. Walki look further than Hassett. On Sunday, October 17th, I went with my mom to look at a Mustang V6 coupe that she was considering for her next car. Walking into the dealership, it was apparent that the staff were apathetic and could care less. Unable to find an unlocked Mustang on the showroom floor, we sought out a salesperson, whose name I don't recall. While he agreed to take us to a Mustang outside, he was visibly inconvenienced after he got the keys. In addition, he was not that knowledgable about adjusting the headrest when my mom wanted in a different position as it was uncomfortable in the original position. Needless to say, we left Hassett Ford without even test driving a Mustang. Hassett is the reason why car dealerships have a bad reputation. Syosset Ford is a much better dealership. More
