In my search for a new lease, I met with quite a few dealers over a period of a few months. I was frankly getting frustrated with "salsey" dealers, empty promises and people trying to sell me something dealers over a period of a few months. I, in fact, put my search on hold for a few weeks because I couldn't take the stress! Then I called Hassett Ford and spoke with a gentleman named Scott Rosenfeld. I told Scott exactly what car I wanted, what features I wanted, and how much I wanted to spend. He did not try to sell me anything other than exactly that, he found me exactly what I wanted and came within $30 of my monthly budget. He did not try to haggle me, sell me a vehicle I didnt want or promise me anything he couldnt deliver. We handled our entire transaction over the phone, and we never met until the day I picked up my beautiful, metallic cinnamon 2012 Ford Edge! I LOVE the car, I respect Scott Rosenfeld and Hassett Ford, and I would recommend them to anyone and will absolutely work with Scott in 3 years when my lease is up again! More

I purchased a 2010 Ford mustang from Millenium Toyota and I was very unsatisfied with the customer service and the vehicle they sold me. I was thinking whether or not to trade my mustang in for the newer mod I was very unsatisfied with the customer service and the vehicle they sold me. One visit to Phil at Hasset ford really changed my whole thought process about whether or not it was possible. Phil and Dan put hours upon hours dealing with ford credit in order to make my purchase a possibility. They didn't just get me approved, they put me exactly where I needed to be payment wise and they didn't stop working my case until I got the exact car I wanted at the lowest price in long island. I will never deal with another dealership because my "marriage" with hasset ford is about as strong as my love for American cars.
