This dealer has been extremely helpful to our business. We are in transportation and the need to have our vehicles in service is imperative. The personel contact via cell phones and email helps the communication between us and eliminates down times it can cause if contact can not be made. Since bring our fleet problems, that my mechanics can not resolve do to lack of knowledge and equipement, has improved my down list. Hassett Ford Truck service Center is the Best. i have a 2005 diesel Ford Cargo van. My Van is approaching 200,000 Miles. When the Dealership I bought the Van went out of business in 2006 I was Left hving t 2005 diesel Ford Cargo van. My Van is approaching 200,000 Miles. When the Dealership I bought the Van went out of business in 2006 I was Left hving to find a new service center for my Van. My wife had a Subaru Forrester that we had serviced at Hassett. We were so Impressed wtih the service she received that I took my Van to Hassett and I have not had it serviced at another dealer since. Bob and the Guys are friendly and professional. They Serviec My van like it was theirs. I use my van for work so when it is down I am not working. Bob and Sean work with the mechanics to get me back on the road as soon as possible. They had to go to another dealer in Bayshore to get a part. ( the plastic around the Fan clutch) they were back and had the part installed in time for me to get back to work with minimal time lost. I am sure when I have to replace my van It will be with a ford which I will have serviced at Hassett Ford. Thanks Jason Green More

I needed a new "family" car after having 3 kids. I have always had Ford products and wanted to stay loyal to the brand and America workers. I looked at the Ford Explorer & the Honda Pilot. Af kids. Ford was offering a lease program that forgave the rest of my payments and put me in a new 2012 Lincoln MKZ (I had a 2011). Tom Coppola sent me letters and emails informing me that I met the requirements o of my payments and put me in a new 2012 Lincoln MKZ (I had a 2011). Tom Coppola sent me letters and emails informing me that I met the requirements of this new program. I met with Tim and he put me in a 2012 Lincoln that had more features than my 2011 for 10 dollars less than my original agreement. Thanks, Tim! More
