My experience at this dealership was absolutely incredible (to the extent that I am going to write a ridiculously long review because of how much they deserve it)! The gentleman who predominantly assisted me, Anthony, was an absolute pleasure- started me off with extremely reasonable numbers, that beat competing Ford locations by a substantial amount. I am an extremely persistent person, and very tough to accommodate at times because I am a bit stubborn, and simultaneously am indecisive. Regardless of my constant mind changing, and the extensive amount of time I took, Anthony was more than patient, accommodating and upbeat throughout the duration I spent at their facility. He got me into the perfect vehicle, with every feature that was significant to me, at a price that fit into my budget. The General Manager Lou, was very patient with me, easy going, and most importantly didn't have his sales associate hit me with any ridiculous number to intimidate me. You can tell he is selective with who he hires by how efficient each individual on this team is and how hard he works with them to ensure the client is satisfied. When Anthony was not available in the evening, his colleague Scott assisted me with receiving/emailing the documents I needed to ensure I got my vehicle in the time frame I wanted. When I arrived at the facility to pick up my car- it was ready. Since Anthony was finishing up with another client, his colleague Craig went through all the paperwork with me and explained everything in detail so I felt comfortable each time I signed something. I also spoke to the Finance Manager Dan, who was helpful while not being too pushy or overwhelming. Anthony topped it all off by staying over an hour after they closed to ensure I received the proper delivery and felt comfortable with the vehicle. To sum this up in short terms- I would highly recommend Hassett Ford (and Hassett of Wantagh in general) to any person interested in any vehicle they offer. Anthony truly went above and beyond to make sure I was content about every facet of the vehicle itself, their process and each component of my purchase. His management and co-workers did everything they could to contribute to the experience and make sure each aspect was pleasant and easy. Thank you Anthony && everyone who helped me! I love my Ford Fusion and I am so grateful that I purchased it from hardworking, honest people who deserve the business. More

John Fanuzzi seems, on my initial meeting with him, to be very knowledgeable without extraneous nonsense. I went to Hassett of Wantagh because it was the closest Ford dealer where I live. My daughter bought her first car from John Fanuzzi. Went to quite the few Ford Dealers in Brooklyn and Long Island (at least 7) and just didnt feel comfortable with anyone I spoke to. Everyone seemed to have one thing on their mind. Then I met JOHN FANUZZI of HASSETT FORD in Wantagh L.I. Every other dealer from every other dealership I visited wanted me to make the deal right then and there on their terms (Sound Familiar?). NOT JOHN FANUZZI! I told him exactly what I wanted and how much I could spend, we did some research and came up with nothing. That's right nothing. Did JOHN FANUZZI push me aside? NO. Did JOHN FANUZZI just give up on getting me what I wanted? NO. I'll tell you what JOHN FANUZZI did. He kept in contact with me almost weekly until we got to a car and price that I initially told him I could afford. JOHN FANUZZI talked safety with me as well since he knew that my wife and I just had a baby. He so could of tried to get me in a more expensive vehicle but not him. NOT JOHN FANUZZI. JOHN FANUZZI is definetely a dealer for the average joe trying to buy/lease a new car. They say you can't trust car dealers and I FOR SURE was leading that pack of people and then I met JOHN FANUZZI. JOHN FANUZZI if you are reading this understand that when it is time for me to get another car you can trust that I will be coming back to see you specifically because I TRUST YOU. I have never previously written a review but decided to share my experience in hopes that it will assist others in making a sound decision as to where they may receive excellent service with a kind and knowledgeable sales associate I was drawn to Hassett Subaru and, especially, John Fanuzzi based on the reviews I read. I already knew I wanted to purchase a Subaru, but I also wanted an honest and pleasant experience. John Fanuzzi and the team at Hassett were welcoming and provided me with everything I wanted. Mr. Fanuzzi took the time to explain everything thoroughly and provided me with adequate and honest explanations. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND John Fanuzzi to all of my family and friends. More

Michael Galante made my car buying experience one of the best I have ever had. He was so professional yet made me feel like I knew him for years! He helped with the insurance, dealing with the insurance company so that I didn't have to do a thing!
