The Hassett team took all the precautions during the Covid-19 pandemic, and I felt safe and comfortable while at the dealership. Working with my salesperson, John Fanuzzi, was a pleasure. He was honest, knowledgeable, professional, and made the whole buying/leasing process easy and enjoyable. He answered all my questions and gave me a great price on my 2020 Ford Explorer XLT. His customer service was A+++ top-notch. I will definitely work with him again when the lease ends on the car he got me. And I would definitely recommend John to my friends and family who are looking to buy/lease a Ford or Lincoln.
