Dealer is beyond accommodating. Kim is amazing as well going Above and beyond to help. But as for the Ford explore a 2020 I would never suggest it to anybody no brand new car should be in the shop within going Above and beyond to help. The service received at Hassett of Wantagh from the front desk women as you walk in...she is pleasant, offered us water, and made sure my children were fine if they needed anything.
