I purchased my truck at Hassett Ford and the service at the Hassett Truck Center has been great. The folks in the service department are friendly and helpful. The problem is, however, there is a 30 day w the Hassett Truck Center has been great. The folks in the service department are friendly and helpful. The problem is, however, there is a 30 day wait to get a courtesy car when you leave your vehicle for service. I have never had such a problem with any other dealership. My truck had to go in for emergency warranty service, and was told there would be no loaner available for 30 days. I had two options: Leave the truck and find alternate transportation for the 2 days the truck was being serviced, or come back in 30 days and get a loaner. This is unacceptable. More

I have had three caps put on my truck since I bought it in July of 2020. All three have leaked and filled the bed with water.
