In and out car purchase Background, I needed to replace my car at the time, transmission and bearing problems. The cost to repair would have been just as much if not more than a new used car, so I started shopping. I started on Saturday and visited many locations, lots of places were either very unhelpful or their selection was sketchy. Finally on Monday I stopped into Haselwood. The moment I walked onto the lot I was able to get help from a salesperson, Ly Le. He was very helpful, asked what I was looking for and listened to my financial situation and showed me various cars that fit my budget. He drove me around to a few other nearby locations to see if we could find the car I was looking for specifically. All the cars were very clean and in good condition. While we didn't find the exact car I was looking for, he set me up with a very nice Nissan which will do just fine. In the future I will definitely return to purchase another car. I would highly recommend checking out their lot if you are in the market. More

2016 Hyundai Genesis Coupe R-Spec I had already done my research and was looking specifically at the 2016 Genesis Coupe. When I first showed up to the dealership I was a little concern I had already done my research and was looking specifically at the 2016 Genesis Coupe. When I first showed up to the dealership I was a little concerned about the customer service, because after walking around the lot for 10 minutes not one single sales rep had made contact with me. However, once I went to the receptionist and requested to speak to a sales person my experience started heading in a better direction. I was taken care of by Mike. He was very knowledgable about the vehicle and answered all my questions with ease. They didn't have any 2016's with an automatic transmission, but luckily for me they had just taken in a 2013 Genesis coupe 3.8 with a A/T. After the test drive I had made the decision that I did not really like the 8 speed auto. However I had very little experience with driving manual transmission cars. That's when I started being helped by Jorge. He took me for a test drive in the 2016 R-Spec and even gave me a tutorial on how to drive a manual more efficiently. Once we got back from the second test drive we started talking number on my trade in. I already had a pretty good idea of what I was going to get for my trade in and Haselwood actually exceeded my expectations. I got a great deal on the car and got more than what I wanted for my trade in. Overall I am very satisfied with my experience at Haselwood Volkswagen/ Hyundai. More
