Great Experience With Luke! I ordered my new Alltrack in November of 2016. I received it finally April of 2017! It's a long story! I had to return my TDI in February of 2017 a I ordered my new Alltrack in November of 2016. I received it finally April of 2017! It's a long story! I had to return my TDI in February of 2017 and would not have a car to drive due to delays in the arrival of the car I ordered. I had stopped by to tell Luke I could not wait any longer for my car that should have arrived before Christmas but the delivery date kept getting pushed back. Luke and his manager, Patrick, made a deal with me that kept me from buying a used CRV. The deal was that I would buy a different Alltrack and drive it til my ordered car arrived. When it arrives I would trade it back for the exact amount I bought it for...this seemed to good to be true. Everyone knows the new car loses a significant amount of it's worth just by driving it off the lot. Luke and Patrick made it happen though. It was so easy to buy the first Alltrack and then to trade it in for the one I originally ordered. A very positive experience. I would definitely buy a car from Luke again. Thanks again for the great experience. More
