He let us make our own decision, making sure we were aware of all the options available to us. He spent time with me one full afternoon test driving and narrowing down the vehicle selection. When we thought we had it down to a decision, and my husband had some additional questions, I had absolutely no pressure from Chris or the manager. We returned on Saturday and spent another full afternoon going through the whole process again for my husband's benefit. Chris was very patient and answered all of our questions. Chris was very communicative also and we probably had 150 text conversations going through the process, answering our questions and discussing various options. He did his best to reach our price point and the dealer had some amazing incentives going. When we met with Jason Peterson the financial advisor, he also worked with us concerning what our goals were, not what benefited the dealership. For instance we were interested in being able to pay the vehicle off within a certain amount of time, not with how much financing we could get for how long. Also regarding the additional extended warranties, he was no pressure, just informative as what options each one offered and let us choose what works best for us. We really feel we got the best deal that was appropriate to our needs. More
