Above and beyond I came in for an oil change and to ask for the loose pan under the car be reaffixed. It turns out the pan was beyond repair. But my technician happened to remember that a usable part from an otherwise unusable wreck was on hand and installed it at no extra charge. They had great attitudes, super friendly, great sense of humor, and will genuinely work to get you exactly what you want. They understand that buying a car should not be something that you have to endure, but something you should enjoy. It's a choice that will stick with you for at least a few years, and it should not be made on a whim. Luke and Justin are the guys to go to! My finance officer also fought to make sure I got an interest rate that matched my credit score. I was happy with what I got, but he wasn't and he fought to get me something better! After I drove the car they repeatedly tried to get me to finance through them even though I kept telling them I had my own fina Not a good experience. After I drove the car they repeatedly tried to get me to finance through them even though I kept telling them I had my own financing. They even ran my credit report even though I didn't give them permission to. Their information was vague and confusing. At first they gave me the "wrong paperwork" with a quote way higher than we had talked about. After I tried to walk away they finally agreed to the price. I bought the car after that anyway and I'm happy with the car. Everything seemed to work out in the end but the process was very frustrating. More
