Long waits? Check. Incompetent service? Check. If you don't mind waiting and waiting for each step of the process, this dealership is for you. We made appointments, arrived on time, and then sat. The restrooms are clean, though, but they did run short on snacks. Then there was the key fob issue. We got one that worked and one that was for a different car. THAT took more than a week to resolve and then hours of waiting to get a working version. The salesperson was jolly, but had the nerve to try to talk me into accepting a color I told her up frontI didn't want because they had one available on the lot. All in all it was a frustrating, aggravating experience. It's a good thing we like the car. We won't recommend this dealership to anyone. More
