I have never had someone take so much time to make sure that I completely understood how the car worked, who tolerated my indecision among models, and was both far more informed than any other dealer I've encountered but equally as kind and sympathetic. He really knew the car inside and out, and he really knows how to treat people. This made the experience much better than I anticipated. I also dealt with Jim Loescher, who was honest about the value of my trade-in but willing to do whatever he could to enable me to buy the car. Lora Zinter, a manager, was the representative with whom I interacted the most prior to the sale. Lora was incredibly patient with my need to research and compare across dealerships, and even with my difficulty making decisions and hesitation buying. I had a competitive offer from another dealership and nonetheless gave my business to Haselwood largely because of the relationship and trust I built with Lora. I heartily recommend this dealership (including because they can help you try other brands of cars because they are a large multi-brand complex) for value, but honestly, Luke and Lora provided truly outstanding service! Stress free I came in to check out a used vehicle and there were a couple more i wanted to test drive.
