Zero pressure and easy to work with. We went it to get follow up service on our transmission issues. We bought our jetta and our service plan from a 3rd party and this dealership was work We went it to get follow up service on our transmission issues. We bought our jetta and our service plan from a 3rd party and this dealership was working on our behalf. Our hands were tied to our contract and they were not very understanding. This service department went beyond to help us out.. Service manager Kilie was great in helping us out.. So we went in and long story short we traded in our 96 jetta and bought a 14 jetta. And I believe we got a fair deal with a full service warranty.. Our sales associate Kyrsten was very helpful and showed us about 6 cars in poring down rain. Happy to be a part of their new family.. A stress-free experience I am an older single woman and have purchased a few vehicles in the past with different dealers. Unfortunately, with one dealer in particular, I experienced disrespect because I was a female buyer and insulted by the the sales manager who presumed I didn't do my research.. not only on my trade-in but also on the new Tucson. So when I came to buy a new Hyundai from Edwin Hiltabrand @ Haselwood, I was mentally prepared for yet another similar stressful experience. However. I was pleasantly surprised by how stress-free Edwin made the whole experience! He respectfully listened to what I was looking for in a new model and was patient and helpful with answering any of my questions. I felt respected as a female buyer!!. He presented me two different Tucson models and was very helpful in explaining the differences between them. I appreciated that there was no pressure to buy. I am now thoroughly enjoying my 2017 Sport model! This is my second Tucson. All in all, I would highly recommend Edwin @ Haselwood Hyundai. I also feel that Jim Loescher, finance manager deserves a honorable mention. He actually made the whole paper signing experience enjoyable!! He too made me feel respected as a female buyer. When I texted him with questions,, he responded promptly..as did Edwin also. Lora Zinter with Internet Sales also deserves recognition. She is the first contact that I made with Haselwood online.
