Nate encouraged us to take as many or few vehicles for a test drive and even made a point to include our 5 yr. old daughter. He was very knowledgeable about the current incentives, warranties, and various features of each VW we inquired about. We told Nate we rarely buy locally because we hate the haggling we have encountered in the past trying to work with Haselwood. We did not have this issues with Nate or Shane the General Sales Manager. It was late when we finally decided to purchase our Atlas, everyone left except Nate and Amanda in processing, and during the time we signed paperwork Nate entertained our daughter who couldn’t have been happier (he endured ballet lessons). Service writer Laurie Mellick ordered ice-cube sized plastic part needed to repair. Heard NOTHING for a week. Dropped in and found that part was in hand, but needed painting. After a SECOND week, with NO contact, received a nonsense text message. Called for explanation. Was told that part had STILL not been painted. I sell books for a living. I have also been a U.S. Navr Supply Corps officer, responsible for feeding a ship’s crew, paying them,& ensuring that they had enough toilet paper to get through 105 day submarine patrol. I KNOW what good customer service is—-and is NOT. MY customers receive timely communication & prompt service. These people have no business even BEING in business. More
