From the moment I stepped onto the lot and was greeted by my salesman Edwin, I knew I was going to be taken care of like a customer and not be hassled while looking at the vehicles. Edwin introduced himself and asked if there was anything he could help me find. He allowed me to look at the different vehicles for awhile before returning to see if I had any questions which he answered on the spot. When I found the vehicle I liked he brought it in out of the rain for me to look at and then we took it out for a test drive. I was sold and when we got back and we did the paperwork. There were a few extra things I needed and Edwin went out of his way to assist me in getting them printed off. He also helped so I could purchase the insurance for my car. While waiting on the financing paperwork to be completed Edwin went over everything in the car with me and then sent it out to be cleaned up, fueled, and the mats put down. Once financing was ready Jim was great and made me feel comfortable throughout and made sure everything was right for me. This whole dealership was very friendly and clean. They didn't just treat me like a customer, they made we feel right at home in their dealership and treated me like I was part of the team or family! More

Teamwork above and beyond for the customer! I cannot say enough about Krysten and the help she gave us in finding the perfect vehicle. My husband and I haven’t been car shopping for over 15 yea I cannot say enough about Krysten and the help she gave us in finding the perfect vehicle. My husband and I haven’t been car shopping for over 15 years and didn’t know what was available. We knew some of the features that we wanted but other than that we were drawing a blank. Krysten had lots of patience and a tremendous amount of knowledge about all the different cars. She stayed with us through weeks of trying on cars, test driving, and phone calls with questions; even test driving throughout the different Hazelwood dealerships. Once we decided on a particular vehicle, she did everything possible to make it happen; harder than it sounds since we picked the particular trim package that is only available in the 2018 version. With the help of her co-worker, Chris, we were even able to find the exact color we wanted. Chris had to work magic with getting our car from across the state, but he did it. Even after getting our car, both Krysten and Chris have been helpful answering the numerous questions we have with the new technology/features. I would definitely buy a car with the help of these two again. More
