Most excellent customer service!! I just purchased an expensive automobile...a Hyundai Santa Fe. I did research on the vehicle and got it at an acceptable cost. What really positively oriented my appreciation of the purchasing process at Haselwood was a person. Hyundai makes the vehicle, but it's the people that make all the difference. My primary sales POC was Aaron Crawford. What a breath of fresh air. He was so helpful to my decision to bye buy his knowledge of the product and his demonstration of the features and his participation in the test drive. He answered numerous questions, but he pre-answered many just by explaining the vehicle and its operation. Aaron is friendly and knowledgeable and informative. All the sales staff I ibteracted with were gracious and friendly...I've never felt such friendliness and helpfulness from a car dealership before.
