Excellent Customer Service! We showed up there yesterday on a time crunch. We were put in a position where we had two cars to trade in that were not fully reliable for a long tri We showed up there yesterday on a time crunch. We were put in a position where we had two cars to trade in that were not fully reliable for a long trip that needed to be had the following Sunday. We needed a reasonably priced reliable vehicle for my husband before that time. Edwin got everything done for us in ONE day. This includes us having a very energetic 5 year old who he helped to keep occupied, as well as the other employees there who pitched in while we waited. She had like 3 bags of popcorn, played in the play room and got two balloons lol! Edwin even offered to come to our home (which was just one exit down from the dealership), to help us get both vehicles we were trading in, to the dealership without making extra trips! They filled up the gas tank to the new truck we purchased, which I have NEVER EVER had a dealership do for me. We now have a huge load lifted off of our chests, and I now don't have to worry about the long trip ahead!! Thank you! More
