Ultimately, he suggested a VW Atlas and the suggestion was perfect. It was exactly what I was looking for and once the trim level arrived that I wanted he let me know asap. Don was also great as he handled the paperwork and made it all official. Overall, I'm happy with the car buying process at VW. Nate and Don were both friendly, relaxed, and non-pressuring.
