Tony did a super job helping us find a car that met our needs for comfort and space for a baby grand daughter and all her needs as well as our needs for a ski/snow car. Brandon sought us a car down in Eugene Oregon and got it for us in 2 days. Brandon was outstanding he even calls once a month to ensure that we are still enjoying our new car. That is what I call supurb follow up. When I went to him looking for a SUV he took me to look at several vehicles including options I never thought about and when he showed me a few he says how about a Toyota Highlander it was exactly what we were looking for. I said we don't have alot of time for you to finish the deal and between him and the dealership they stayed there til 9 pm an hour after closing to seal the deal with us. I brought my 2005 GMC Yukon in after finding it on a semi-shady used car lot in Auburn, WA and wanted to see if my deal was too good to be true. I wanted to take it to a Certified GMC Service shop that semi-shady used car lot in Auburn, WA and wanted to see if my deal was too good to be true. I wanted to take it to a Certified GMC Service shop that would do a thorough inspection and wouldn't jack me around and was military friendly. Upon calling Haselwood, the customer service was immediately professional and friendly, giving me a quote for the inspection and assuring me that if there was anything wrong with the vehicle the service shop would find it and help us in any way in getting it resolved. When I pulling up to the shop, I was impressed to find a huge open bay service station with the capability to handle multiple vehicles (more than 10) at a time. Through the glasss bay doors I observed an extremely clean (obviously safety considerate) and diverse shop of top quality equipment, tools, and technicians with spacious room to work 360 degrees around all customer vehicles. The service ticket was thoroughly explained to me before the work, and I was, again impressed, to find a huge inspection sheet with each line item explicit to each area of the vehicle. I felt comfortable enough at that moment to make a right-then-and-there decision that this would in fact be my choice in GMC service, and was extremely satisfied I invested into GMC. The inspection in fact proved my purchase as a good investment (thank goodness), and that only a 60,000 mile service was 'recommended', not pushed upon me. Not 2 days after my visit, I recieved a call from Tony asking if I was satisfied with my service and really impressed that if there were in fact doubts to let him know for his shop's improvement. The only statement I could make was "when can I bring in my GMC Canyon?" Thanks Tony for your help and the professionalism of your shop. Lucas went above and beyond to make sure that I left with the vehicle and the payments I was looking for! Most salesmen would have given up when the first car we test drove came back out of my budget range b the vehicle and the payments I was looking for! My truck went in for a repair of a manufacturing defect and as of today has been in their shop for 19 days. Seems they are nice when it come to taking your money but they can care less that you are without and as of today has been in their shop for 19 days. Seems they are nice when it come to taking your money but they can care less that you are without your truck for weeks. Their service department managed to screw up a job that the corporate office told was a repair that has step by step instructions. Not to mention they took four day to duplicate test results that took the shop I took the truck to in the first place a day to do. More
