I was very disappointed with my service visit on July 5, 2021. The tech stated he re-set the service-minder but he did not, it still showed 40% oil life, I re-set it myself. Originally, when I went to Haselwood Chevrolet Buick and GMC, I was going to look at a different car. By the time I got there, it had already been bought. He took me to every single lot to check out all of the cars in my price range with everything I was looking for. The first day, we didn’t find the perfect fit for me so I came back the next day. The second day I was there, John had a two page list with every car in my price range with everything I wanted. The second car we checked out from the list ended up being my perfect fit! Through out the process of buying and getting it picked up, John was there helping us out and making sure we were properly informed about everything going on.
