Not only does this dealership provide close to zero service, their attitude toward their customers is disrespectful and hostile. As a bonus, they are incompetent. We were told they would be the agent service, their attitude toward their customers is disrespectful and hostile. As a bonus, they are incompetent. We were told they would be the agent to effect a buyback/trade of our 2017 Bolt EV due to the battery issues. We were invited to "just come on in" to talk about a swap for a newer EV. We waited 1.5 hours to talk to someone. After several more back and forths, we could not get a simple answer to what was included on the new car we chose. Finally, they just stopped answering our calls. We called the dealer in Seattle (Bill Pierre Chevy) who actually had the EV that we had chosen and reached someone there who was friendly and efficient. I am uncertain why Haselwood even stays in business. To be fair the general manager seemed a nice guy; the new car manager, on the other hand, was an arrogant jerk who is incapable of listening to people. Would I trust these people with a simple repair? NO. Would I buy anything from them NO. Why? If there was ever a problem would they work to resolve it? Not so much. Too bad one cannot give Zero stars. Avoid Haselwood at all costs. More
