I have had my 2022 GX460 serviced here six times (every 5,000 miles since my first service at 10,000 miles). I just completed my 30,000-mile service, and it was a major one. I can’t believe that on a 3 month old RX350 I would have to have a brand new condenser and Freon charge of $1,039.36. Service person says a stone caused the hole and leak. Quality service provided. Service rep explained everything that was done on the 30k checkup. I was having a bit of a problem with the loaner car 🚙 trying to get it to move. After several minutes looking at the owner manuals, I “threw in the towel” and called Mike (the service rep) who knew exactly what to do. 30 seconds later I was on my way once again. Embarrassed to say the least, but I got back to the dealership to find a clean shiny RX-350 awaiting. Great job as always. Thank you! More
I own two cars that I bought from Harvey Cadillac and their Lexus partner. All work and annual check ups are done only by them. Both of my vehicles are over 13 years old and perform like they were just taken off the lot new. They both look brand new, drive like they were just out of the factory, and the personnel at Harvey are knowledgeable, accessible, and professional. I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else for my service. Harvey has offered me appropriate and continuing coverage bumper-to-bumper on both vehicles and keep track of when the contracts expire so I can reinvest in my protections. I completely trust them as I should because no one could give me the same service that they do. I consider them my friends. From the sales department to the service department to the body shop and the insurance, no other dealership in Grand Rapids with whom I have had experience can hold a candle to them. I love Harvey.
