He was able to answer all my questions and he went above and beyond to make sure that I was completely satisfied. He wasn't pushy whatsoever. My first visit I came without my husband just to check out the Honda Odyssey. I fell in love with it. Francisco was so great to pull out a few different models to help me in making a decision. He introduced me to Sergio, the sales manager who was just as friendly and fantastic as Francisco. They both ran some numbers for me to see if we could get to the monthly payment I was looking for. They searched all available discounts and showed me all my options. I was so impressed with their customer service that I went home raving about them to my husband. We went back today and my husband was just as impressed. He decided to trade in his vehicle and buy something newer as well. We loved their no haggle pricing and how up front they were. They were able to get us both into payments that were within our budget. So exciting!! Francisco had his work cut out for him and he excelled. Sergio too. Francisco even took me around to meet Alex in the Service department, who was also extremely helpful and friendly. All the staff members were super friendly and accommodating.
