The car we purchased actually had some issues almost immediately after leaving the dealership, but Alex took care of it. He drove to us, the Bob Hall service team took care of all the repairs, and provided a loaner car while they worked on ours. Alex kept us updated of the progress, it took just over a week for ordered parts and the repairs. We feel that the dealership as a whole and especially Alex treated us very well. We got a fair deal on our trade-in and on our purchase, and because of the hassle-free experience, even with the repairs that needed to be done, I will definitely recommend Bob Hall to others. More

But Bob Hall Auto's professional sales staff did an excellent job in making changing our perceptions and gained our trust. I would recommend them to anyone. The only downside was we didn't get very much for our trade which was disappointing but all worked out in the end. We went to Bob Hall looking for a used economical car. We were finding great cars, but nothing that was really filling all of our requirements. We actually made several trips by the dealership. On the second trip through Melina recognized us, made a point to say hello, but was helping other people. Kellen appeared out of nowhere and began showing us some cars in our range. None were completely to our liking. He then suggested the car that we bought. We took it for one test drive and loved it. It was a very perceptive suggestion. We came back two days later because the dealership is closed on Sunday, and bought the car. I spoke to Kellen a couple of times on the phone that morning telling him that we would come buy the car. I did not know that it was his day off. When we arrived to buy the car, Melina helped us with the paperwork. These two sales reps. are very pleasant, and competent. I feel that I did not get an honest trade-in amount, but overall I would say that I would buy a car from Bob Hall again. More

I am very glad that the dealership changed the way they do business. It is nice that they got rid of the stereo-typical car salesman image. I had visited another dealer, and as much as I would like to have gotten that vehicle, the salesman was a bit too pushy for us acquire a PT Cruiser. Maybe it was because I already knew what I was looking for, but more importantly, he let me sell myself on the car. He did not try to sell me something else. And although I may not have wanted extra protection for the vehicle, the way he presented it was not felt by me to be out of line. He presented the options and there was no pressure to go one way or another. I greatly appreciated that. More

Just purchased a slightly used Nissan Titan (3876 miles.) I live in Canada and had been searching for over 6 months via the internet for a lower mileage Titan. I have to say it probably would have been easier for Jared to sell this vehicle in a day to a local instead of entertaining me for two weeks with many phone calls and emails!! Jared is an extremely hard worker and a man of his word, period! You probably won't find a nicer guy as well...he even had Bob Hall himself come in at 8:00am on a Friday morning to meet his international buyer! (Bob seemed as genuine as they come as well!)
