Terrible Experience with New Car I purchased a brand new Honda Accord from Bob Hall's Honda in June of 2014. I am still paying for the mistakes the sales staff made today, over a year later. The sales staff knew nothing about the car, mixed up all the paper work so my wife gets letters about my car and I about hers. The wrote down the wrong address so the car is titled under the wrong address which causes problems with registration and titling. It also caused a hit to my credit because they sent to financing info to the wrong address and never told me it was in the mail. It took me 5 months of relentless calling to get a $500 rebate for military service. Now, the car has trouble starting (with 16,000 miles on it) and they expect me to drive 45 minutes to Yakima so they can "take a look at it." I would avoid Bob Hall's Honda at all costs. More

In May 2013 my wife and I drove from Wenatchee to Yakima and stopped at Bob Hall Honda and looked at the new CRV to replace my wife's 2008 Toyota Rav4. So, they did not have a vehicle with the features we wanted, therefore we ordered a CRV with the options we wanted. About two weeks later we were notified that our new CRV was ready to be picked up. We drove the 110 miles to Yakima, met with the salesman and when starting the paperwork, we were informed that there was a problem with the car we ordered. We were told that it had been damaged when being prepped. . I stopped everything and looked at the brand new damaged vehicle. I walked away from the deal. They knew two days earlier that the vehicle had been damaged and did not notify us. They offered us another CRV with options that I did not want (navigation, urg). We ended up buying the other vehicle. I still have not used the navigation system which I did not want and absolutely hate. My wife is the primary driver of the vehicle so at least I rarely have to drive it. It is now december 2013 and I cannot decribe in words how disgusted and pissed off I still am about this whole purchase process. This experience changed everything I ever respected about Honda. I have always owned Honda motorcycles and lawn equipment, but this is my first and last Honda automobile. This experience has so soured my view of the Honda brand that have decided to remove myself from any of their products. I have already sold one Honda motorcycle and will be selling my other two, which I already have replaced by a Yamaha V-star 1300 tourer and a Harley Davidson Superglide. Since evidently no one at Honda corporate, dealerships or anyone else in the massive company could care less, I have decided that my only recourse is never to purchase anything made by Honda ever again. I don't beleive anyone at Honda has heard about customer service or know what this means. This type or corporate cancer starts in leadership (or lack thereof) and trickles down through the company. that being said, I doubt anyone at Honda will ever read this. More
It was my sister who bought the car when she was very ill. When she returned with a problem they told her they could find nothing wrong. Later after she had passed away we found out it had a gas fume re ill. When she returned with a problem they told her they could find nothing wrong. Later after she had passed away we found out it had a gas fume recall that was very dangerous. When I presented the recall they fixed it. I was SO not happy. More
Although Jerrod was great to work with and made the process that day relatively painless and this is the second vehicle that I have purchased from him but the finance department is terrible. I have had process that day relatively painless and this is the second vehicle that I have purchased from him but the finance department is terrible. I have had issues both times with some sort of hold up on the financing I was never notified by Bob Hall's I was informed by my loan company when the payment due date had come and gone and there was still no check from Bob Hall's there. My biggest issue is that they didn't bother to communicate any issues with me, they chose to ignore me and my phone calls. Jerrod was as responsive as he could be but I never heard back from the finance department. This last time, my previous loan company called on their own and got an answer but I am still waiting for my call back. More
The sales team was very friendly and curtious. We where not pressured in any way. Our experiance was great. We bought a Chevy Cruse that we love. Great car at a great price. I really don't know how our not pressured in any way. Our experiance was great. We bought a Chevy Cruse that we love. Great car at a great price. I really don't know how our car buying experiance could have been any better. Bob Hall Sunfair Chevrolete gets it. Please don't change a thing. We recommend you to our friends and will be back next time we need a vehical. More
I set out to buy a car (my husand suggested I do this myself!!) with two goals in mind. To lower our montly car payment by at least $100 and get something with better mileage. After an exhaustive search, myself!!) with two goals in mind. To lower our montly car payment by at least $100 and get something with better mileage. After an exhaustive search, many questions, constant dealer calls, "please call, our o% interest is gone tomorrow" etc. it was suggested I look at Chevs or Fords (I have been a foriegn car owner)---my father would be proud of me he only owned Chev's. Thus I found myself at Bob Hall's Chevrolet dealership. I walked around and looked at several cars on the lot, got my bearings ---no salesman!! Wow! time to think. I walked into the showroom and was met at the door and welcomed by Mark Christopher. He made this a most pleasant car buying experience. Patiently explaining all the cars features as many times as I needed to hear them! I never felt pressured to buy. We drove the standard version of the Malibu but I had already seen the beautiful Mocha Steel Metalic Malibu 2LT :) ... happy ending, I pay $100 less a month on my car and get better gas mileage....they gave me a very fair trade in also. MISSION ACCOMPLISHED !!! More
This is the 3rd vehicle that I've bought from Bob Hall's, but this was an especially good experience. I really appreciate the hands off approach while browsing the lot. David was honest, open and very help but this was an especially good experience. I really appreciate the hands off approach while browsing the lot. David was honest, open and very helpful prior to and after we decided on a particular vehicle. For that matter the whole staff was great to work with, including Mr Hall who visited with my wife and I. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More
