Couldn't ask for anything more! I tried to work with my local Honda dealer just to keep "business local" but no such luck. Not only were they not helpful it felt like I was the sales I tried to work with my local Honda dealer just to keep "business local" but no such luck. Not only were they not helpful it felt like I was the salesman trying to convince them to sell me a car. I read some reviews and noticed people going to Bob Hall's in Yakima so I placed a call. The staff was prompt and professional. I live over an hour away so I wanted to make the deal over the phone. I sent them the details with photos of my trade-in and of the car we wanted. I included the price I was willing to pay and they said they would get back to me. The next day I not only got the terms I requested but they offered the vehicle to me for less than my initial offer. I've never had that happen. Since they didn't have the color we wanted they spent a few days locating it. Once we secured it and arranged a pick up day things continued to go smooth. Once we arrived the car was ready, paper work went quickly and we were on our way with no surprises. This is my new Go To Dealer for all my future Honda purchases.
