Friendly, courteous and professional staff. Anthony is the best sales person I could ever ask for at Harvard Ford. No pressure to buy but he was there to answer out question or concerns. Unfortunately even at my age found Harvard Ford is definitely lacking in pride principles integrity communication skills upmost honesty. 1st was wrong dimensions on a purchase. 2nd lack of follow up a definitely lacking in pride principles integrity communication skills upmost honesty. 1st was wrong dimensions on a purchase. 2nd lack of follow up and had date to go and sign papers even after telling I had purchased car insurance prior to taking delivery. Day to drive there w/ my trade and title. Called before the drive only to find out it was at another dealership Definitely not a happy camper. Following day saw on my mobile banking insurance premium was taken out. Well no car out of pocket hence cancelling policy being charged for 3 days and takes 10 to 14 business days for a credit. So back to drawing board to buy from one who values and respects customer needs Total disregard in providing a new customer w/ information. . More
