I always spoke to Sara on the phone and she was very friendly and helpful, and once I got into the dealership I worked with Alex who was just a trove of knowledge on the car. Very calm and cool. Chris and Heinrich did a great job getting me set up with a loan that actually had better terms than even my credit union was offering and assessing the trade in I had quickly. Genuinely the first car buying experience I've not walked away from feeling gross. Will be back for service as this group is great. More
