Very good. First of all, it was by chance that we stopped at Hartley's in Newport, 3-25-19, but we were definitely glad that we did. Secondly, our salesman was Steve Henigan, one of the most pleasant and helpful salesperson we have ever dealt with. He was very thorough and took his time to explain all the options and programs of the deal. We have never had a salesman give us such personal assistance including calling our car insurance company, sitting in our new vehicle with us to go over the mechanisms of the van, right down to introducing us to the owner and mangers of the service department. Easiest car buying experience The staff at Hartley’s was very helpful. I spent a lot of time looking at trucks at several dealerships and couldn’t find exactly what I wanted. Hartley’s had a truck that was close and added the extras to give me everything that I wanted. They did everything they said they would do when they said they would do it. When I went to pick up the truck a week later, it was parked out front full of gas and ready to go. Shawn helped me through paperwork and I was on the road quickly.
