I am very disappointed with this service I have been doing my oil change here since 2007 and on March 28 2023 I brought my car in for oil change only to hear the oil pan was rotted and I could not get a doing my oil change here since 2007 and on March 28 2023 I brought my car in for oil change only to hear the oil pan was rotted and I could not get a oil change . My pan didn't just get rusted why wasn't I notified prior. I was also told the oil pan would cost 888.16 and it was out of stock. You can look up my customer # 79542.
