When I brought my car in the service manager (Bo)? Was very nice and helpful. Before the car went I I purchased a replacement hubcap and either handed it to him or I placed it on the front seat. I was very disappointed with her and choose NOT to go through her again. When I asked to speak to management she became very defensive! More
