Brought truck in with known speedometer issue and was upsold on other issues that were not my concern. Oil was changed, service receptionist was nice but main concern ignored and offered to be charged a upsold on other issues that were not my concern. Oil was changed, service receptionist was nice but main concern ignored and offered to be charged additional diagnostic hourly rate. I gave the solution no diagnostics were needed. This is why dealerships don't actually fix vehicles anymore. More
