I have been using Hartford Toyota for a number of years now. I find them friendly towards me and very fair as far as pricing goes. Chip is very knowledgeable and always diagnoses by car's issues correctly. now. I find them friendly towards me and very fair as far as pricing goes. Primarily, I have performed my own work on my vehicle but I recently had my 2001 Toyota Tundra frame replaced under the Corrosion Warranty Program. From the moment I was introduce to Shannon LaFontaine (Service Advisor), she provided what I considered "over-the top" customer service and support. She was a real joy to work with and was more than willing to work with me regarding additional work I needed to have done while the truck was being overhauled. She provided me with updates and progress from the begining of the process to the end and always had a pleasent disposition. Runyon Lewis was the Service Tech who performed the frame replacement. Runyon is top notch, talented and performed the work flawlessly. He also was very willing to let me be "part of the process" and treated my vehicle like it was his own. When he found other things that might require replacement, we discussed the issue together and I was able to make an informed decision. Further to this, Omar Soto and Dave in the Parts department were instumental in helping me obtain the additional parts I needed in the time frame I required. The guys in the Parts Dept know their stuff and are always willing to help. Overall, a great expereince ... ask for Shannon as your Service Advisor and Runyon as your Service Tech .. I originally went to this dealer looking for a used Toyota Corolla but couldn't find anything that was decently priced that had low miles. My boyfriend had previously purchased two cars from Guy and s Toyota Corolla but couldn't find anything that was decently priced that had low miles. My boyfriend had previously purchased two cars from Guy and said he was great to work with, so we dealt solely with him. He said he didn't have anything used but could get me into a new Corolla with everything I wanted for less than a used car would be, and he was right. The car had everything I was looking for and for the right price. Guy was efficient and paid attention to detail, he noticed something so small as my birthday which triggered him asking me if I was a recent college graduate which helped save me money and I couldn't thank him enough. Guy was very helpful with the whole paperwork process, everything was done when we got there, just had to sign the papers. Due to the hurricane, the delivery was pushed back a few days but everyone at Hartford Toyota made it quick and painless to leave in my new car the same day! I would suggest this dealer to anyone and especially recommend Guy! More

As tired as I was, this type of interest in me by your sales team prompted to visit the Hartford store. I was immediately connected to Michael Delemos when I got there. I was told that "Mike will take care of you." This was such a true statement. He's very kind, knowledgeable about the cars, and extremely patient. I also really appreciated his calm demeanor...because this also kept me calm. This was especially key during the negotiation process. I also got the sense he was working very hard to have the deal work. I think Mike is dedicated to his customers, which is a comforting feeling, especially now that I'm part of the Toyota family. He reassured me numerous times that I could call him with questions on his cell...which makes me feel that even though the sale is "done", my satisfaction as a customer still matters to him. More
