January 21, 2014 I went to Hartford Toyota after already visiting Nissan (and many other dealerships) looking for a new car W/ a trade in. The trade in value was phenomenal and I was able to get my Rav 4 in my price range. Jim Palumbo helped me, walked me through the whole vehicle and then showed me the service department and entire dealership, showing me what I get beyond the car. I walked out the first day only because I was looking to see what other cars and dealerships had to offer. I came back looking to purchase but was still in between the Corolla and a couple of other vehicles. Jim and sales manager Andrew worked with me to get me a great deal and exactly what I needed in a car. I didn't feel any pressure like I did from other dealerships that I visited and ended up getting the new Corolla on my second visit. They walked me through everything and got the car ready for me before I left.
