He was very helpful to my anyway, allowing me to test drive the two cars I had in mind to buy at a future date ... the Prius 3 Hybrid and the Camry Hybrid...and was great about answering questions about them and showing me how some of the features worked. When my Camry was going to be very expensive to fix, I decided to buy. Andrew was quickly responsive with counter offers and options and we worked out a deal.
